Some of you may freak out when u hear this word.
For me,
I looooovvvveeeeee exercise sooooooooooo much!
When I started to exercise?
I started to exercise regularly when I was in form 3 (15 years old).
This is because... hehe.. nice story..
I admired someone (which is my current bf) and I wanna try out things that he likes..
So, I started to go to gym.
Normally, I'll go to the gym at Kulim Golf Course because it's nearer to my house..
so I've being exercising since that..
And also..
He made me indulge into the pond of happiness of exercise! :D
What I normally do in the gym?
Hmm..
treadmill for at least 30 minutes
dynabike for 15 minutes
sit up 30 times
leg raise 30 times
many kinds of dumbbell exercises
workout from magazines or internet
etc etc..
Now, I find that I just can't resist myself from exercising!
When I sweat.. it feels SO GOOD!
trust me! try it out and you'll definitely feel the different! ;)
When I'm exercising
although sometimes I'll feel exhausted..
But,
I'll always remind myself that I'll get the body shape that I desire soon if I keep on exercising!
No pain , no gain
the more u do, the more you'll get..
When I'm free,
I'll surf the internet and check out some exercises from youtube..
Then, I'll focus on the body part that I would like to tone..
Previously,
I exercised because I wanted to lose weight..
Now,
I exercise because I wanna tone my body up..
I don't admire those people who are naturally thin or whatever..
I feel irritated when I heard someone saying
:" Owh! I hate to exercise because my body will be full of sweat and it's like raining!"
=.=ll
Look carefully!
Those people who said that is either
1st: Very fat, fat or chubby, not well-toned,have lots and tones of cellulite, like to eat unhealthy food such as fried food etc
2nd: Very thin, thin, bonme can be seen, not well-toned, saggy, have cellulite although they are thin..
Although you are thin,
You still have to exercise to make yourself well-toned..
I have big calves since I was small..
My calves' sizes are not proportional to my body size
I know that's genetic problem..
because all my mom's side family members have big fat calves although they are thin..
But my sister follows my dad's side..
she has small calves..
Sometimes,
I feel jealous of other people who have lean slim leg..
What to do?
So, I do exercises to make my legs well-toned..
this is better than not well-toned thin legs right?
Recently,
Friends around me commented that I've become slim and slender (according to them)..
And also,
most of my shirts and jeans are very loose..
until my jeans can drop down from my waist!
This is the magic and the power of exercise!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used to diet like mad without exercising, it means just diet..
At that time,
I eat really a little..
for example:
BREAKFAST: skimmed milk and muesli + one tablespoon of honey
LUNCH: steam fish (small), steam vegetables and steam rice (all didn't even have one drop of oil)
DINNER: soup, vegetables and meat..
Although I watched out my calorie intake very carefully,
but I just can't lose weight..
and sometimes,
I'll tend to overeat!
So, I try to exercise..
but I didn't follow strict diet..
It doesn't mean that I eat a lot of fried or oily things..
NO!
My diet is very healthy..
My diet is very healthy..
I still can eat ice-cream once in a blue moon...
but I'll control myself..
And the most important is..
DO NOT DRINK TOO MUCH MILK!

Quit it!
No carbonated drinks and sugar added drinks..
I prefer plain mineral water!
I eat lots of fruits and vegetables..
My friends say that I'm like a cow because I always eat tonnes of vegetables!
Try it out!
Try to resist yourself from eating meat!
Not to say totally quit eating meat, but just reduce the amount..
No snacks!
This is the most important..
Personally, I don't like snacks (chips, popcorn), I don't like candies..
I like cake and cookies but I'll control the amount that I wat..
Healthy diet + exercise
I'm sure you'll slim down and stay healthy!
